Request deletion of your data

If you contacted Fuji-san Japanese Center through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or our website, you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you.

How to ask
  1. Send an email to sadulloev0111@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data.
  2. Include the name or username and the phone number you used when you wrote to us, so we can find your records. You can also send the same request as a message to the account you contacted us on.

What happens next

We confirm your request, find your records, and delete your contact details, conversations and notes from our system within 30 days. We then confirm to you that it is done.

If you are or were a student, some records (for example payment receipts) may have to be kept for accounting purposes; we will tell you which ones and why.
