Fuji-san Japanese Center (Dushanbe, Tajikistan), part of Azizi Group, runs a Japanese-language school. This page explains what personal information we receive when you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or our website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name or username and the account identifier that the messaging platform gives us.
• Your phone number, if you share it or if you write to us on WhatsApp.
• The messages, photos and files you send to our business accounts, and our replies.
• Notes our staff write about your enquiry, for example the course you are interested in.

We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers through these channels.

Why we use it

Only to answer your questions, to follow up on your enquiry about our courses, and, if you decide to study with us, to enrol you and keep your student records. We do not use your messages for advertising and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who can see it

Our own staff who handle enquiries and enrolment. Messages travel through the platform you use (Meta, Telegram), which has its own privacy policy. Our records are kept on a server we control, protected by individual staff accounts.

How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry is open or you are a student, and for a reasonable time afterwards so that we can answer follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
